Use the x1 station first. The recording shows more stations beside it, with rebirth requirements above some of them.
One recorded level-up changes Level 7 to 8, Arms 4 to 5 and maximum grip 220 to 260. Check all three counters after a level-up: an extra arm and a higher grip maximum are visible results. The same recording also has bonuses active, so these numbers do not establish every later level threshold.

The reviewed lobby displays x2 Arms at 2 rebirths, x3 Arms at 4 rebirths and x6 Arms at 6 rebirths. Those labels describe the recorded station gates, rather than a universal XP-per-second table.
Other stations display Robux prices. Read the current sign before using a station, and dismiss a purchase prompt if you intended to continue on a free pad.

§Separate your base progress from active bonuses#
The recording has rebirth bonuses, purchased training multipliers and temporary BOOST indicators active together. Its floating gain numbers cannot establish the unboosted training rate.
Track your own level, arms and grip maximum. A level-up overlay is a clearer confirmation of growth than copying another player’s boosted gain numbers.
Armatures are a separate upgrade from the growing arm count. Their lobby display lists Wins costs and XP per punch and step. Use the armature guide for the recorded HAULER and INFERNO unlock screens.
